Default Knocking sound when turning..?

Car: 92 Civic DX 4dr
Suspension: stock, except for KYB AGX's, Skunk2 coilovers, Skunk2 front camber kit, Omni camber rear

I usually drive with my cd player on, with the windows up, but yesterday I had the windows down and no music and I heard this knocking sound when I made a routine right turn after stopping at a stop sign. It seems to be in the front, and a problem when making a right turn, not a left turn-I'll check on that today. Also, my suspension used to pretty tight as far as straight driving, but recently I've noticed a little more loose play in the steering wheel and also when I hit little bumps in the road the front end seems to jerk around a little more than usual. WHat Could THis BE>>??? Sway bar links? Control arms? Need new shocks? Better or different shock/spring combo?

Thanks in advance.

Have you checked your driveshafts for broken boots yet?

Ive heard that its my CV Joint, or just a whole bad axel. I'll propably end up replacing the entire axel.

eek!

i have a similar prob but its when i make a left turn, seems like it happens when the left front suspension decompresses. slow left turns are fine but as soon as there is a little speed (not 90 lol) i get the clunk.
