Default GReddy Turbo Kit for the RSX-S

Well, as I posted in another topic, the June issue of SCC has an rsx-s with a prototype greddy turbo kit. They said to check their website for details as to when it will be released.

Here are the numbers:

Stock 2002 RSX-S(#'s measured at the wheels)
horsepower=172
torque=124 lb-ft

2002 RSX-S with GReddy turbo kit:
horsepower=243
torque=175

Max horsepower gain=77.5hp@7300
Max torque gain=55.9lb-ft@7300rpm

The article did not state how much boost was being run, probably because it still is a prototype. I'd suggest checking their website for more information on the specs.

Modifications are as follows:

-Turbo: Mitsubishi/GReddy TD05H-18G w/integral acutator-type wastegate-

-GReddy Type 31 air-to-air intercooler

-Intake: GReddy Airinx AY-M and filter

-Exhaust: GReddy Evolution cat-back

-GReddy E-Manage (which is their piggyback fuel computer)

- RC 440cc injectors

I'm guessing 7 or 8 psi?

Also the quarter mile number for that RSX was a 13.8 ... not too bad. The other one they tested with a 50 shot wet got a 13.7. The stock ones were low fifteens, Toda's "All Motor" I/H/E + prototype cams got a 14.6 or so in the 1320.
