I dont know what happened to my b17 tranny and i would like some inputs about what happened to it and what i can do about it. One day as i was driving, i shifted into 4th gear, and it popped out (first time that happened), and so i shifted to 5th gear and it was running good. After 15 mins of driving, the gears started to get hard to shift into, and suddenly, it just drops. No gears, nothing, i couldn't shift into nothing. It was just a dead stick, but the car was still running. Anyone would like to help me out a little and let me know what i can do about it, anything would help.

Have you checked the tranny fluid? are there any cracks in the transmission housing?

 

yes i checked, theres still fuild and the tranny housing looks normal.

 

anyone else ever had this problem that would like to share some input to this problem. any advice would be great.
