what to do, what to do!!!!!!!!!!?
ok, i have a 94 integra rs with an iceman intake, custom 2-1/2 inch exhaust, chipped ecu, and neuspeed springs, and my car is pretty quick, i ran a 15.3 in the 1/4 mile, but my car now has 123,000 miles on it, and i want a turbo kit, i have the money and stuff, but then i will probably have to rebuild the motor, plus fork out the cash for the turbo kit, but now i have come across this deal on a 2000 subaru impreza 2.5 rs, very nice shape, and i have been reading up on some turbo kits, and they are now developing a twin turbo kit for the car also, but i have no idea what the hell i should do, to keep my car, and rebuild and boost, but have an older, sort of outdated car, or get a new car and boost and play with that!!!!
im lost i need other peoples ideas on this one, give me ideas what to do please!!!!
sorry i wrote so much!!!

me too, they are nice cars, but then again, the car is 15 g's, and then a turbo= another 4 g's, it all adds up, ahhhhhh i dont know what to do!!!!why cant i have both
man the subbie sounds tempting drool....
i guess it depends how much money you have.
i dont really think, even with the rebuild, that its a good idea to turbo an engine with 125k mi on it.
if youre craving boost. my friend just got a 90 RX7 FC3S, TurboII. the chassis cost him only 1.5g and the engine (13B-T) cost only 1.5gs. so for like 3 grand he has a very very nice turboed car. if you want to stay with the acura/honda crowd. maybe a new engine is in order. something with less than 40k mi. and if youre going with a turbo, cant go wrong with a B18B or C1.
just my $.02

yo man... TURBO is the way to go. i had 115,000+ on my car when i installed the kit. just tune up everything... replace belts and waterpump, etc... then slap on the kit... do everything right. youll be able to boost 5lbs easy... and safely handle up to 9lbs of boost. just to be cautious.. id stick to a safe level of boost between 5-7lbs. dude, you will see exactly what power potential your motor has. youll see the difference it makes to go TURBO.
let me break it down:
Turbo kit $3000
install $500 or do it yourself
timing belt, water pump, new exhaust manifold gasket.. $200+
under $4,000... you got a potential power setup. and you dont even have to buy a new car.

i dont really care for the wrx's looks nor the performance compared to what i could acheive with a 2.5 rs, and then boosting, and i like the body style of the 2000 2.5 rs, what is the best turbo kit to get for the 2.5 rs?? ive seen the forced air tech kits, and the ludespeed kits, but i dunno, decisions, decisions!!!

try cobb tuning. They have great products, and have anything that you would want to do to the 2.5rs. Then again, can't go wrong with a turbo b18c1 either. If I were you, I would chose the 2.5rs, mainly because it's rare and it looks cool. Oh, try http://www.imprezars.com/ for more info.
