KYB Shocks & Nuespeed Drop Springs
Is this a good combo?? Does n e one have this combo or seen it on a teg??? Good Quality?? Or is their somethin else that would be a better setup 2 do or would this be a good one?? TIA....
just got my KYB AGX yesterday can't wait to get them installed. which neuspeed r u thinking of getting? if u need a place to get the AGX i recommend coximports.com for tegs, its $340 shipped. came in 2 datys as promise. great people.
im matching them w/ H&R sports. which are very similar to neuspeed. make sure if u end up getting sports or race (lower than 1.5 in drop,) prepare to buy a camber kit if u need it. just extra $$$$ but it;ll save your tires.

Did anyone cut the bumpstop or did you just leave it? Instructions say to NOT to cut it, but I did and my ride sucks.
My setup:
Neuspeed Sports
KYB GR-2 shocks

good choice. thats what i have but neu's sport springs.
i think they are rated at 250f/185r
the race springs are really stiff and offer too much of a drop for my taste.
another combo to consider is ITR sus set up with ITR LCA's

I have the KYB/Eibach prokit combo--among other million people
-- and I was supposed to cut the bumpstop 40mm but I didn't bother because I didn't look at the manual.
But it's okay to not cut the bumpstop, it's not like you're gonna mess up your shocks. Bumpstops are there to prevent shocks from bottoming out anyways.
Although if I was to do it again, I'd cut it.
