Any one know if there's and benifit of putting the JDM h22a cams in my h23a vtec?

 

Gonna make an assumption here. You've got a USDM H23A1 bottom end and a USDM H22A1 top end, right? If so, there would be no benefit of swapping in JDM H22A cams because they're the same. Now, Type S cams would give you a few more HP

 

i have a blue top h23a btw how to find out if the h22a motor is type s or not just by looking at it?

 

i'd guess its just a regular JDM non type S head solely because the motor is only rated at 200ps.

 

that blue top h23a vtec only comes in automatic, correct?
