Probably had a crooked or stupid dealer make a copy of the key by the VIN. It also could have been towed away. My money is on the latter.

towed or got hooked up by honda employee with the ebrake code to started the car (might sound weird but there is a code to start some cars like this).

The e-brake hack doesn't start the car. It only disables the immobilizer. You still need a key that physically fits the ignition or the like.

Yeh thats true I work for acura and their is a way to start the car by using the brake and pumping it a certain amout of times. I know you can do that with intgras but i don know about rsx's. But its only a one time shot if you stall your done.
