i was just going to hookup 2 makeshift pontoons on each wheel and tow it behind my rowboat........a little salt water won't hurt

Mostly every one speak Icelandic
Well i think about 92% of population in iceland speak English too.

P.s. If you think it is cold in iceland then Go to Greenland and then to iceland , ok ok it is not as warm as in many contry (well on summer time 8° to 20° warm)
