Default Wanted to show some new stuff that came in today..

Although I agree this is not the appearance/cosmetic thread, but if I did posted in there they would careless or not know what it is. Just wanted to show what came in the mail today. Everybody loves pictures right?

Oooh, partsexpress box...

Inside are some precision ports ..

Here's a picture of one..

Here's both..

Adjustable also, to any size I want it to be..

It's for my new subwoofer box. (2) 4" Flared Port Kit from Precision Ports.

The woofer and the very small sealed box that was suffocating the poor beast..

Goodbye trunkspace with the new 3.0cuft aeroported box on it's way.

I love the output of ported enclosures. Can't wait to see you post your results.

Build the box out of fiberglass and stuff it into some unused corner of the trunk. That will save you a lot of space.

The sloted ports are nice because you can get a larger port opening in s smaller area.

This reduces port noise.

Other then that their is no difference. If you have room for a slot use one.

I have no experience with fiberglassing, plus I don't need trunk space so it's all good.

My max space in the trunk of the integra was 28" width x 14" height x 24" depth and my subwoofer size for this new enclosure will be 24" width x 14" height x 22" depth basically my entire trunkspace.
