Audio Question?
Hey i have a question, and its not exactly car related but here it is. I have a home theatre system in my house and i have two sets of speakers, one in the living room and one outside by my pool. Although its been probably 6 years since i set it up, the wires leading to the outside speakers got very corroded even on the inside so from speaker to receiver was corroded. I only noticed this because the receiver on the speaker "b" which is the outside speakers gave out. I know that there is not much i can do to stop the wire from corroding, but i think that it resulted in my receiver going out. Does anyone know of anything that i can put inline to stop the corrosion for getting to the receiver?

There could of been a short that burnt out your receiver. Try to find some high quality ofc speaker wire. I'll ask my vender wus up because they cater to out door stuff too.
