Sounds like the low side line is what you are talking about; there is an 'O'ring in that fitting. But the lowside does get cold and sweats if it is humid enough. Maybe thats the water you are seeing. Might be worth it to have someone with an A/C machine suck the system down and add some oil and flourescent dye, with the new charge of freon.

There is a 5/8" O ring at that location. They are available from Honda parts counter. Have the system discharged, use two adjustables and loosen the joint nut. Pull the connection straight out gently. Replace the O-Ring and lube with a drop of PAG or mineral oil. Gently slip the joint back together and snug up with the adjustables. You should be able to see where coolant is leaking. It will not be like water but it will leave an oily residue that you can see and detect. Its possible you can rent or borrow from a store like AutoZone a "Sniffer". Its a small electronic device that can detect Freon and R134 so you can find the leak. Quite handy if you can find one. On your car make sure you check the connections at the condensor. They are well hidden behind the grille area so you'll have to remove the grill to get a good look. Those are the most common leak points. They too are O-Ring secured and easy to repair.
