My girlfriends Accord does not seem to be getting the mileage it should be getting. This is the 4cly engine and she is only getting about 22.5-23 miles to the gallon (put in about 12.9 gallons in the 300 miles on the od) So what should she be getting doing about 65 with cruze set on the hiway? I believe this car is the LX but not sure. Its a two door, 4cyl automatic.
The care has about 88,000 miles and is well taken care of. I just changed all the plugs, oil filter, and airfilter and oil. Any suggestions? Thanks for the help

 

There are tons of threads about this.. even on page 1 of the Accord forum.. You should be getting 350 to 400+ miles a tank if you're driving it like a normal person. If you have a lead foot and drive "spiritedly" you will probably get low 300s to 350.
