need help with painting rims
so recently i have read some posts on how people paint their stock stealies and i decided to aswell. ( i have Not alot of painting experiance)
ok-
1- i took some carborator cleaner and sprayed teh rims ( note i have only 2 for now)
ii gave it a good clean and dried them
2- i took 220 sand paper and stared sanding it down slowly.
it got dark so i stopped and here are soem pix of my progress.
- just want to know if im doing everything ok for now.

was there a special way u painted the lip. it looks hard since it goes way down there?
also you said u used 400 sand paper?

i think im goign to go with black.
any advice on how many coats, and clear
i think i will give it aout 2 light coats of prmer, 3-4 light coats of paint 1 coat clear

i apinted them and come out very nicely but it got fucked up during clear coat. there is so many white dots alll over and i dont know what to doo.. HELP
