Default rebuild my h23 cheap....starting t knock from my nos

i have a 95 prelude with just bolt ons and no internal work done to the motor, after sparying in it for a while it is now about to go, i was waoundering what would be a good set up to rebuild, i was thinking forged pistons and bigger camshafts but i dont no what sizes i need or valves to be repalced?i am no good with engine work but i would like to continue useing my wet kit with no problems and maybe a turbo with small boost..pleas help im open 4 anything but not too costly

Swap the head onto a low mileage F22 or F23 block and spray some more.

Any time you have boost or Nos --- it will cost you.

But you might as well throw in 300 dollar eagle h beams for insurance. You're going to have the block all apart to put in the pistons, why not fork out 300 now and never have to deal with it again?
If you're tight on a budget, instead of buying cams, use that money for rods. Stock cams make good power (up to 600-700 hp from what I've researched) on turbo.

Also, valves tend to not break with more power. Many upon MANY of cars making 500-600hp are still on stock heads with just upgraded springs and retainers. If you are going to build this motor for nitrous, I suggest you pay a visit to the Forced Induction forum and read the FAQ.

yea that sounds smart with the rods...im not sure with a turbo..i have the intercooler but i was prolly ending up buying a chaeap obx brand off ebay 4 like 1k and try to bolt it on with some low boost...or maybe go with larger cams and rebuilt top end. i would realy like to realy hear a difference more than feel it..i no it will be faster but the car moves pretty good right now especialy spraying..but im more into the shows than the races and i cant stand fake turbo's or stock engines
