Hi guys

I just got this used car from a dealer and it only manage to get 100 miles for 1/2 tanks of gas. this is really bad because I read in the forum that everyone is getting around 20 MPG for city driving in a V6. Any idea what's gone wrong?

Just from city driving?

With my I4, I usually hit ~150 miles with only half of a tank gone. That's a mix of city, and highway, though.

 

Yes, just from city driving with a lot of stop and go in NYC. Is this normal?

 

Stop, and go driving kills your gas mileage with ease.

Using A/C is another big factor.
