Heck, maybe even those OEM replicas instructions would work.. my genuine set of OEM fogs didn't come with the manual.

You can also go to college hills honda.com
click college hills honda specials on the web page.
click accord assesories
click 96-97 accord
click exterior
then click fog light for 4 cyl or se models, make sure you get the right one because the fog light button is placed at a different location depending on the model.
towards the top left hand corner you will see installation instructions.
