Default Choosing which wheels to paint the lip

Hey guys, I have been waiting to do my crx idea for a while now.
I was planning on getting a set of 15" rota gt3's (black) and painting the wheel lip 350Z blue, and now that I just came up on the money. I was about to purchase them off ebay, but now that I look at them more it looks like the wheel lip might be too big, possibly making it look really cheesey I want them to be somewhat subtle.

So now im looking around for other sets, havent come up with much
I dont like slipstreams that much, but because of the cheapness and availability of used sets I might go that direction now.
Also I found these "jdm spun wheels" on ebay, downside is they are more pricey and they are only in pink WTF? Lip width look the same of the gt3s but I love the bbs type look.

And dont try recommending some $900 set of wheels, all the money I can get needs to go to whats more important to me like speed and comfort. Im in the top city for car thefts, yay.
Thanks for any opinions!

I think a blue lip would look cheesey regardless of the size of it.
