Questions about harness on H22 5spd

I am using an H23 auto harness on my JDM H22 5spd and have a few questions about the connections. Here are a bunch of pics of my harness. If someone could please check them out to see if they appear correct or not. Also I took a few shots of plugs with no place to go. The bunch of 4 I believe are all for auto transmissions. Please help, I am out of ideas and options myself.
First 2 pics show the first clip I have no clue where it is supposed to be. I can't find anyplace for it.

3, this should be right.

4, What is supposed to be here and where does it connect to?

5,6,7 Everything look right yet?

8, Resistor box for injectors

9, I am pretty sure all these are for the Auto tranny correct?

10, How is this supposed to be hooked up?

11, Again, just making sure everything is right

12, TPS sensor

13, MAP sensor

10 looks to be the backup switch for the tranny.
4 is the bottom of the IACV which is supposed to have a coolant hose running to the throttle body.
Also in picture 9, i believe the gray round connector should be plugged into the ECT sensor ( located under the dizzy on the side of the head. )not the green round plug. im also not seeing the temp guage sending unit plugged in...,

10 - where is the wire that is supposed to hook to it? Any ideas?
4 - I guess it goes to the connection in pic 5 that is plugged. DONE
9 - I switched those two now PIC 7, but there are still 4 empty plugs there though.

yep, 10 is the backup light switch. There is two connectors for it. Those are the only connectors that look like that, so you should have no problems finding it.
4 - You can just put caps on all the IACV hosing and Fast idle, then loop the coolant hose at the thermostat = coolant bypass
1 - is your knock sensor plugged in?

My guess is that you also connected the wrong plug to the VTEC solenoid hence your code 21. EDIT:: yes i was correct, the round green plug should be plugged into the VTEC solenoid.
Reset the ECU and the ECT sensor code should go away since you now have it plugged in correctly.
After you actually get the car started, it will probably throw a gaggle of other codes. Knock sensor probably being one of them.

Again i suggest you check the main fuse for the Fuel pump, and also listen for the pump building pressure when the key is in the ACC position.
If none of this is taking place you have a dead fuse or a bad pump, or some type of electrical gremlin ( for example...main relay, open wire, etc.. )

Well I tore apart my dash and pulled my main relay, ordered a new one from majestic, while I was at it I installed my 95 dash harness and EL guages. Here is a pic before assembly of dash of course.
the kickpanel fuse box inside the cabin on the driver side footwell has a cover on it. Remove the cover and on the reverse side should list what each fuse is for and its amperage. Same with the underhood except the diagram is on the outside of the cover.
or you can just get under there with a flashlight and look for a fuse that is blown.....

Odd...... It should be a blue 15 amp fuse if my memory serves me correct. Take a pic of the kickpanel fuse cover.. im not familiar with 4th gens..
Well slap my *** and call my Sally.... Then my vote is for the relay..
Thats really strange. Kinda dangerous too.. if the fuel pump shorts out, it doesnt pop a fuse just causes and nice little fire in the fuel tank ? doesnt sound like a good time to me....
