Speaking of the Wings West Kit, I'm curious about anybody who's seen the side skirts in real life (Mugen look alikes but in PU). Are they exactly the same, except the difference only being material?

Figured the PU would be decent in something that's going to have rocks, debris and what not shot up at it all the time... Not to mention they cost about 1/2 as much.

We had the WW side skirts on rachels 96 GSR..
Fit was very good, and they seemed to hold up very well.
I don't know if they were IDENTICAL to the mugens, but I would much rather have polyurethane that close to the ground.

 

i've noticed that too...wings west sides does look like the mugen sides..

 

I have seen both in person, and to me they look the exact same.

The only thing to seal the deal is to see if EP or sometbody has an image of what goes on "behind" the Mugen vs Wings West kit.

It's going to be all about the Krylon touch for these babies. Nothing but the finest.

What color(unpainted) does the Mugen come? I know that he WingsWest copy comes unpainted black(perfect if you have a black R and get rock chips here and there)
