My brother and I just use pennzoil synthetic brake fluid. It is good up to like 400 or 500 degrees. He has done about 5 autocross on the fluid and it is still good.

The ATE Super Blue might not be a good idea if you plan on daily driving the car. It might allow more moisture in the fluid and then you will have to flush and bleed the brakes.

I think ATE is fine for the street. They reccomend a 3 year change interval on the bottle, which I think is totally reasonable.

I daily drive and autocross alot with ATE super blue. I generally bleed my brakes at home twice a year.

To re do your system entirely without using a special machine, you can bleed the rear left brake while adding ATE to the reservoir, and keep going till the distinctive ATE blue color comes out...then finish out the rest. Two cans will cover the flush... one can will do for bleeding thereafter.

If you live near a Harbor Freight tools, you can get a mighty-vac bleeder that you pump by hand and it saves you from doing the pedal thing.

what fireant said.

i run superblue daily. bleed it a bit (couple pumps per wheel) before each track day, and if pedal gets soft. pedal hasnt gotten soft since my ex brake upgrade.

its EXCELLENT stuff too. you can find it cheap a few places. i got mine from 247motorsports or something.
