Default V-AFC worth it?

I am sorry if this is a newbie question= I am a daily driver and I have been reading up on the V-AFC. Will installing this do damage in the long run to my engine wear and what kind of gains if any can I expect?

There's not much point to having a V-AFC unless you take your car to a dyno and have it tuned. There's not much point to tuning your car on a dyno if you only have boltons.

Get the point?

booty, if u turbo your car then what is the point of getting tunned then?

With good I/H/e and VAFC, and a few hours on the dyno u can get good power. 30whp over stock isnt all that uncommon

I/H/E , Cams and Cam gear will yeild a good amount of gain. Pop the V-AFC in and Dyno Tune it and you'll get even MORE gains. I think its worth it-
