H22 DA swap done!!! ExplicitSpeed mounts
I just finished my swap. Been a long time since this car has run since the last b16 was blown!!. Here are the list of modifications
ExplicitSpeed Motor Mounts
93 JDM H22A (200hp)
ACT 6puck unsprung clutch
ACT 8lb Prolite Flywheel
Hondata Intake Manifold Gasket
Ported Intake Manifold
Not running Butterflies nor Balancing Shafts
OBX Headers (ported, main and downpipe)
Aero Turbine Resonator
Aero Turbine 2540i Exhaust
Custom Direct Port Nitrous
DC Sports Short Shift Kit
The swap was a pain in the ***. but after its all said and done its all worth it. I would recommend it to anyone that wants a challenge. On my car I am currently running a 90-93 integra passenger side axle with accord inner joint, 89 Integra driver side axle and Accord intermediate shaft. Good ground clearance. NO BAGGING ON THE FIREWALL!! always a plus lol. For the shifter assembly, me and my friend Pat and Kenny (Pacific Auto Concepts) cut out part of the shifter point, and welded up the assembly to the frame using custom steel brackets. A little part of the rear crossmember had to be cut for the transmission to fit. and same with the front crossmember, torched off the front mount bracket and a very tiny piece so i could fit a rachet up to tighten the downpipe nuts. For the wiring, since my car is OBD-1 to start with all I had to do was wire up the prelude injector harness, wire up the Injector Resistor box, and extend the alternator wires, and wire in VTEC, and extend the IAT sensor wires becuase I had to put it in the intake, no clearance on teh side of the intake manifold for the sensor so i plated it. There is stil more work that needs to be done, Throttle cable bracket, heater hoses, and a couple little things. nothing serious though it runs drives and thats all i care about!!!. not on the street yet til the rest of the stuff is done!!

Has it ran on the bottle yet? Very low key nitrous setup, just wonder how well it works.
Based on the pic, the nitrous shoots to the top of the IM mixes with the incoming air and then goes into the runners. Any more info on this?

havent run nitrous yet. waiting for the the solenoids and stuff to come in. its exactly set up direct port as ZEX has theres. she runs good and strong. ill post up a video on like saturday or somethin.

I heard that the hood won't clear the top of the engine so you have to shave the hood or something. is that true?
i just did this swap to and i had mine down with a custom turbo kit the turbo kit is for sale i beat everything i raced very good swap to do and worth it

The car is running verrrry good and strong... even with a few bugs need to be worked out the car haulsss...scarry ride for sure...night and day difference compared to his old b16 setup...it just pulls hard all through the rpm range...we will get vids up soon of it...I was very impressed with how hard it pulls...
even without having LSD not much to none torque steer it will catch once it spins and is right at vtec level no bogging
