what kind of alarm you guys have on your SI? how well it work? how much?

 

I have an ex/manual and i have the viper 791xv remote start. original from best buy with install is $599.99. but i bought mine with an friends employee discount $200 and did install myself (free)

 

I also want a viper but dont much care for the remote start... but I want the 2ways pager with the LCD... if anyone know which one of the viper have that let me know..also trying to keep it under 400

Stock alarm for 06 si with low jack

 

i used to have the viper with the remote start...damn i miss it on super hot/cold days

 

Are those viper alarms with the lcd to let you know what part of the car someone is touching hard to install or should i just get it done by a pro ?

 

im getting a viper 5000 install tmr for 350...is that a ok price? and how is the 5000?

 

Wish I could find somewhere that will install it with the clutch bypass... seems like no one wants to do that.

 

the place i got mine...they would but i wont recommend them...do you guys know what kind of antenna (pic) does the viper5000 comes with? I saw pics of viper alarms and they have diff antenna than the one the put on my car! my range is ****!
