i was just chillin eatin my lunch and this rich japanese dude w/ a type r comes up to me and was sayin how he smoked my brothers car(now my car) with his vw gti vr6 and then he was like "u wanna race my type r?" damn cocky bastard. i hate rich punks who flaunt their wealth. i didnt wanna do ne more mods to my car but i kinda wanna just to beat the sh*t outta him.

 

so, why don't you race him? either that or fight him...

Whenever people talk $hit about racing, I remind them that REAL racing includes braking, shifting, accelerating and turning. Not just ripping through 2nd or 3rd gear in a straight line.

i could race him, but i doubt i'd keep up. all i have r dc header, akimoto short ram, and tanabe racing medalion exhaust. i think performance wise his type r is still stock. he got carbon fiber hood and jdm conversion. oh yea, and his "spoon" sticker on his fender gives him extra 10 hp. i've heard he's a horrible driver, but do u think thats enough for me to beat him in a straight line? im not that great either...i've never drag raced b4. and yea, i could fight him, but what would that prove? i kno i can kick his ***, but his car can still kick mine. and plus i dont wanna go to jail and get sued.

 

let it go. Its like that some times. You will have your day and he will also. Just be patient man. No need to worry over things you cant control.

no, he used to have a gti vr6 and he beat my car. it was my brothers car at the tym tho. so he raced my brother in the 95 gsr i drive now while he was drivin the gti. but he sold that and bought a white type r. so now he wants me to race him in his type r. if i do decide to race him, can ne one give me tips on how to race? or is it just launch at 3k and redline b4 u shift?

 

that reminds me of this fool on my street. he thinks he's the **** with his PY ITR. he has carbon fiber alcheezas! everytime i'm outside with my car and he coming home or leaving, he'll rip it right by me! it never fails, he's always trying to show off. he even stalled when he was leaving one time!

wait......actually I see that in your sig you have a 95 GSR? Your chances of smoking him are probably better than you think. Don't underestimate the beauty of a good launch. Last summer my friends bone stock gsr with cai, whooped a M3, because yuppie boy sat there spinning his tires

actually...a GOOOD launch is to rev that **** to about 4500...(in vtec) and slip the clutch (make sure to keep ur RPMs at 4500 dont let it drop or bog)....and keep minimal wheels spin...it'll pick up pretty quick thru first gear.

 

Why is that japanese dude picking on people with inferior cars than his in the first place? That's like a V8 mustang revving on a civic dx--no offense to anyone.

some people are just idiots, you know..they think they're so much better than anyone else...main reason i'm going turbo, freaking bastards...always talk so much $hit...if you race and you win...good for you...if you race and you lose...he's just gonna be talking to much ****...my recommendation, go purchase a cheater nitrous kit...runs about $300...comes at about a 100shot...but here's the trick...run into your filter...if you have a cold air intake...by the time it reaches your throttle body, be like a 50 shot...and if you smoke him..he can pop the hood, but will never see the line...

I guess there are too ways to look at it: Don't sweat someone like that, there are always people going to put you down, or smoke his *** show him what's what lol. Rich kids in hs and college are usually pretty intolerable, easier said than done but try not to let him get to you

 

Put money one it and get some street slicks. Take him 1/4 mile and walk away with his cash and pride. End of story. Start learnin how to drag, then catch him on the road.
