I feel for you,my ride has been stolen in jersey as well.Hopefully they can find it.My friend had his stolen last week,they found it in the usual place NEWARK,with nothing left at all.Hope they find it.

Seriously though, sucks to hear when anyone has their car stolen. Here's hoping it comes back in one piece or you get lots of insurance money.

Hanz, I'm so sorry man. Everyone's turbo tegs are coming to a demise in some way. Mine was totalled, yours was stolen, and I know of so many others that have been a victim of the same two evils.

I hope it works out for you, man. Expect to either not find it, or find it stripped. When I saw this thread, my heart sank man....

Insurance will most likely compensate you. Just start going thru now and gathering all your receipts.

 

Sorry to hear. I know that you must be down. I understand the feeling also because mine got stolen once. I hope they would recover it soon. Mine was found in Jersey city. IT would most likely end up there or Newark. But anyways, good luck.

I'm seeing a recurring theme with these stolen turbo tegs, and so if I were to turbo mine...I would

-anodize the Intercooler black (no loss in cooling capabilities)
-hide turbo timer/v-afc
-no RED fire extinguisher
-put the boost gauge somewhere besides the A pillar

It's nice to have these things easily accessable, but that also makes them easy targets for theive's wandering eyes.

Your car looked nice I would be pissed if I had it turboed and everything. I noticed a lot of cars getting stolen from people on Honda-Tech, but in particular seems like NJ there is a big car theft ring. Arent the focking cops doing anything about this?
