Rough idle '91 Integra

Rough idle '91 Integra
I have a '91 Integra B18A1 that idles rough when you just turn on the engine. I have replaced :
Cap
Rotor
Spark plug wires
Fuel filter
But it's still idling rough. Can anyone give me an idea? thanks.

You can raise the idle. Mine did the same thing until I bumped the idle up a little bit. The adjust the idle you just crank the engine, let it warm up then unhook the IACV. Then turn the adjustment screw and hook up the IACV then reset the ECU. There is a more detailed DIY on the web somewhere.
