my car 99 honda accord lx keeps shutting off while i drive it at stops signs and sometimes when the car is still rolling anybody know wats wrong do i need a tune up is it my fuel pump or alternater im getting nervous driving this car so if any one could help it would be greatly appreciated

Go to Honda and see if your car had the ignition recall. The car will just shut off while in motion etc. because of the defect.
