Default How to fix a scratch?

it's a deep scratch...
about 3 of them

2 horizontal ones 1/4 inch--1/3inch wide... one runs about 10inchs long the other is about 4 inchs

then i have a diagonal one that runs for about 3 inches... the surface underneath isnt smooth it's liek black plastic or something...

what i think i should do is sorta smooth it out with a fine sand paper and then fill it in with white paint then milano red paint then wax do you think that would fix it?

*f**king Benz !

DON"T SAND IT!!

Clean the scratch out removing all of the wax. Next get a bottle of the proper color FROM THE DEALER. Poor a little paint into a seringe and practice laying consistant beads of paint on a peice of paper . Once you've mastered it, lay a bead of paint in the scratch. let dry. You can't believe how well this works.

When I attend highline auto auctions most touch ups on Ferraris, Porsches, etc are done like this.

I havent had a need to do this yet myself. Good luck.
