Default Belt squeaks when I start my car, then stops...

When I start my car up the AC belt squeaks for a sec or two and then goes away. If I have the AC turned on when I start my car it will squeak until I rev the motor up and then it goes away. Once I get the car going it never squeaks again. The belt is in good condition, no cracks and looks good. I have tightened it up some but maybe not enough. I don't want to over tighten it but I not sure how far is too much Should I just replace it or try tightening it up even more?

try tightening them a little more... if that dosent work buy some belt dressing spray from napa and spray on the belt or try a new belt....

I had the H23 in my car before I did the H22A swap and when I did the swap I just left the H23 A/C compressor on and used the H23 belt. Well my A/C compressor went out and I bought a H22 compressor and installed it. The tensioner is as tight as it will go and the belt squeeks when I start the car, and when I stop at a light or something. I didnt know there was a difference in the H23 A/C-Alternator Belts. Or is there?
