Yep. I had all my gear before I got my bike too.

 

that has to be one of the few shoei helmets I actually like.

I bought My suit from them and also a street Dainese Leather Jacket.

I just went from a Arai RX7 to a Shoei X-11 and I am happy I made the swtich!

Your helmet was my first choice when I was looking at gear, but unfortunately I didn't have the money for it.

 

i hate those gloves, they wore through on the palms from a minor accident and i got some nasty scrapes

 

hey im in no way trying to be a dick. but since im also lookin for my gear cuz i should pick up my bike this week. i went to del amo motorsports yesterday to try stuff on. and i was told that icon was a very bad brand. and it falls apart too easily. just givin u a heads up.

Well whoever told you that was ignorant.

 

Although Icon for the most part carry good looking garbage, it's better than not having any at all.

 

gear is expensive, you could have spent a LOT more...good gear setup probably runs about 3-4k. but its worth every penny. I just totalled my bike and if i hadnt been wearing full leathers I would have lost about 10 lbs of flesh and a kneecap....saved my ***, good to see you stocked up.

I.ve got the same gloves . How do you like the boots? I am in desperate need for some but I want to go with the 'alternative' Icon 'street style' ones instead of the 'full race' style boot.
