3M swirl mark remover and an orbital buffer.

you can get rid of them...sounds like you need to do some reading on car detailing...much is involved so ill just leave you with that.

all of the techniques ive learned are on clubrsx...great DIY's.

yeah, u can but it's all on the way u wash ur car and also how u take care of ur paint surface...once u get it detailed take care of u paint so that u don't have any swirl marks if u want to short cut it us swirl mark remover after each wash...
