Default I have H23 What should I do?

I currently have a 93 SR. With the h23 in it. Over this winter Im putting it up and cant decide what to do. Should I Look for a h22 head? I heard they make good power, but not sure of the exact numbers. Or should I look at boosting the h23 and running around 8psi? Just wondering if anyone has either one of those done, and could give me some insite and / or hp/torque numbers.
-Thanks

^what he said, sound slike you dont know too much about what your gettin yourself into, and a h22/23 you need alot of misc h22 parts for the bottom such as timing componants, its alot of work.

Me either, especially if it is a daily driver.

If I had to do it all over again...and my car was going to be strictly a daily driver, I would do the G23 hybrid. I can't believe more people don't do it. Who wouldn't want more tq and hp? Why swap and engine in that requires you to rev it to get it going, especially if it is a daily driver.

Hell, you don't even have to put your car up. Just buy the parts, put the engine together, pull the old engine, and swap in the hybrid.
