Default Vacuum Canister thing

i cant remember the name of it exactly, but i was wondering if it necassary to keep the canister that is attached to the vaccum lines that sits below and to the right of the battery. i have a JG intake manifold and Golden eagle vacuum manifold if that matters. i was going to take it out but wanted to check first. thanks

It's required if your state require a emissions test. I personally would not remove that system

If it is only required for emission tests then i am going to go ahead and remove it because i am not reguired to pass emissions and if i am at some point, i acan put it back in. Does anyone else no for sure if i can take it out? i always see all these wire tucked and shaved bays and that thing is no where in sight and i highly doubt that you guys take the time to relocate that, correct me if im wrong. thanks guys
