How do I disable the seatbelt beeper in a 91 civic???
Like the title says. If anyone can help me on this, I would be very greatful. I have a constant beeping when this doors are closed. It's very annoying. Please help!!!
Does your car have the seat belt thing on top of the rar view mirror? If it does take the rear view mirror off, there should be three phillips screw. There's a connector under that, it should be connected to a wire under your headliner. Just disconnect that and you should be good.
That didn't work on my hatch. I unplugged both seats and it still blinks.
The dinger is actually on the roof where the little seatbelt lights are. Pry it down carefully and just pull the cable off of the dinger. The dash light will still flash but it won't ding anymore.
Wow, this may be my first post where I have actually known the answer to something.

unscrew the screws that hold the rearview mirror in place. There is a small circuit board up there with a piezo buzzer. Place a piece of electrical tape over the hole in the buzzer and it will be almost completely silent, but everything else will still work as normal.
