Default P2T OBD2 b16 ECU running a mostly stock OBD2 GSR B18C1, okay?

I'm curious what, if any, effects running a P2T ECU from a '00 Civic Si on a Ek hatch with a '00 GSR motor in it will have?

They have pretty close outputs as far as hp/tq... give or take 10-15.

Do Si's have smaller injectors? Will the Si ECU pulse my larger (if they even are) injectors adequately for proper fuel mixtures? What about the displacement issue (1.6L vs. 1.8L).

Sorry for my very limitted knowledge of Honda ECUs.. the car is running well with this setup, but I don't want to end up running lean and burning valves or such... I can't use a OBD2 GSR ECU because of the immobilizer.
