Not sure if anybody has these cupholders with the free box, but I'm looking for some pictures as to where people installed them, perferbally in an 98 Civic hatch.

They install anywhere you can put a 1-DIN electrical device. That means you're limited in an EK to the factory CD player location and the empty spot just above the OEM cupholders. It's not a custom installation item: it just bolts/screws in to any 1-DIN slot.

 

archidictus, the din spot above the OEm cupholders was to small. it didn't seem to fit right or look right. do the stock cup holders stay as well?
