Default Fitting type R shocks?

What does it take to fit Type R shocks onto a GSR? Also what is the best/most affordable way to get a close ratio gearbox into the GSR? and the last question: does anyone make a close ratio steering rack for the GSR? Thanks a lot guys,
Jason

to answer the type r shocks question, you can fit the front shocks fine. its the rear shocks that you need the type r rear LCA's(lower control arms) for them to fit. hope this helps

If the ITR shocks and springs do not come assembled, it's a bitch if you do not have proper tools such as a spring compressor. If it is assembled, shouldnt take more than a few hours.
