Ok went to a car wash with the pressure washer and water just gushed out of the sunroof and gave me and my gf a wash too. Then some water started leaking in from under the dashboard on the passenger side.

Now don't give me don't go to a car wash or close your sunroof bla bla bla stuff!!!

I heard that it could be the sunroof drain is clogged. How do I fix that, pics or something to help.

Also could the it be causing water coming in under the dashboard on the passenger side?

Forgive me if I'm wrong but I think one of the sunroof drains runs right there down by the passenger floorboard area. If it was clogged and caused it to pop off at the junction near the floorboard that could explain both problems.

 

Ok great at least we got one thing straight... now how would i go about fixing this?

there should be a total of 4 drains for the sun roof. one on each corner. Each one each drain runs to a corner of the car and drains to the outside. if it is a hatchback look in the tail light access covers for a large plastic hose it is attaced to a rubber nipple that drains it to the outside. not sure where the front ones drain. you can drop the head liner down to see where they run.

open your sunroof and in the corner should be the drain holes i put a small hose on the end of an air compresssor and blew the stuff out of mine has been fine since that was a year ago
