repairing new paint scratches

I recently had a new paint job for my white 95 civic and after about 6 months there has been a few minor scratches that i would like to fix on the hood and bumper and what not. Does anyone have any working suggestions?

bump. anything, please. surely there is a better solution than going to Walmart and picking up some liquid crap... right?
