injector position for itb's

Default injector position for itb's

i was just wondering which is the best set up for injector position for twm's? i can chose either to position the injecorso on the runners.... or have it like stock just above the intake port? any comments would be appreciated.

On the ITB's further back is better ...they seem to Hit Harder..??! or at least thats what the tech rep said when I E-mailed them about a year ago with the same Question .. also fuel atomization(s/p?) is much better further up in the intake track.. Just my 2 bit's

There are otheres that might be able to help a little more but I forgot who is running them besides 'Lip'

thanks for the reply... so if i position the injectors higher on the runners i would get a better mixture of air right... will the raised port from the stock injector position affect flow in any way?... or should it be welded?

That would be best ...but if you ever plan on putting the stock manifold back on ..I would leave it stock.
