del sol front bulkhead...do you need to weld?

i got into an accident and bent the front bulkhead so i was wondering if i bought this whole piece if i needed to weld it onto the car or does it just bolt up. any info would be kool
It is both bolted and welded... Plus you will have to drill out the old welds and TIG the new bulkhead in.
Just make sure everything is straight and all the body lines match up before welding, but after bolting.
Mock up all the body parts and make sure they all line up before finalizing the welding part of it.

When I had my wreck, the whole cost was like $5400 with labor and paint.
But that was with:
Hood, 1 fender, both headlights, bumper, core support, radiator, PS pulley, and battery with all associated parts with labor and paint.
I wouldnt do it personally for any less than about 500 bucks or so labor.
