Default ? for ASR reinforcement owners and OEM sway bar owners

Can someone measure how far from the subframe of the car (near the muffler) to the swaybar. I need to know how much room i need to get that thing between the muffler and the subframe. TIA

common, i know someone on here has a rear sway bar, or an ASR kit. I will give it the night (since maybe your all scared of the dark and dont want to go measure it really fast ), i just need to know how much space i need to make that thing fit

if your using an oem muffler , charles has already made sure the asr brace and the oem sway will fit with oem mufflers.

well, its an OEM muffler, but it is not OEM for that car. lol. I have a RSX type S muffler on my 93 CX hatch. It barely fit to begin with, but I hacked at the bumper some and got as much room as possible between the subframe and the muffler. I want to get the ASR kit and the 22mm OEM sway bar, but I want to know if it will fit before I drop $500 or more

How do you not realize that your unique exhaust setup is going to preclude anybody's measurement from being helpful to you? Depending on the slack of your hangers, the wear on your pipes and the construction of the over-axle section of your cobbled-together exhaust system, the swaybar will either hit or it won't. No amount of measuring - especially since you can't get under the car when the suspension is loaded like it needs to be to be of any use - is going to help you.

Jesus Christ. If you want a rear swaybar, get one. If you don't want one, don't get one. You may have to make some changes, but your setup is going to be different than everyone else's, so just deal with it and stop being such a *****.

i am not asking if it will fit my application, did you read my first post? I asked for a measurement from the subframe to the sway bar, how much space does the setup take. Anyone with the sway bar could get that for me. I am not retarded, I realize my setup is different, that is why I asked just for the measurement

edit: i am not asking for any other measurement, just from the sway bar to the subframe. The other clearances can be fixed, but i cant shrink my muffler
