No fuel, searched!

I just completed a engine install after rebuild into my 1992 Prelude S, 1995 JDM H22a using an H23 harness. Everything setup but no fuel. Spark on all four, good ground and charged battery. Compression 220-230 all 4.
What fuse controls the fuel pump?
FYI, car was running before rebuild using the F22 harness hacked up and modified. I have now switched to an H23 Auto harness that I have modified to work. Ran 4 wires for IAB, VTEC, and KS. However they are not all hooked up yet, but they shouldn't need to be right? Also my O2 sensor is not hooked up due to the different conection on the H23 harness versus my F22. But again that shouldn't matter to get it to start correct?
What would cause this? Please help!

check to make sure ur fuel pump is priming, can u here a hissing for 2 seconds when u turn ur keys to the on position of the car and the CEL should stay on for 2 seconds then go off. And also, yeah u don't need those hooked up to start the car. Any cel's when u try to start it?

I honestly can't hear it, but I don't think I ever could.
Yes I have CEL. I tried to jumper the connector, but it did nothing. I found the tanish light gray connector under the dash drivers side with 2 wires blue and red or brown or something, but I couldn't get it to work.

Yeah, it's hard to hear from inside your car, what I always did, if u don't have a friend, just unhook one of ur battery terminals, then just touch it back onto the terminal to give it power, while the key is on the ON position, so then u can hear it priming loud and clear, or just have a friend stand right over the engine bay while u turn the car to the on position but not starting it.
AHh, driver's side theres your problem, it should be a blue connector on the passenger side, I think, I don't have a prelude, I think for preludes it's either there or behind the radio or something, somone plz correct me if i'm wrong, but I'm pretty sure it's on the passenger side right under the dash and it should be a blue connector. Hope that helps. That should help alot in ur problem.

It's behind the radio close to the gas pedal.
It's a blue connector, can't miss it.

Ground on thermostat is good for sure!
Also I just tried a little starting fluid in the intake and she started right up. So fuel delivery is my problem for sure.

Even though logic states that those wires shouldn't affect it starting, I would suggest hooking everything up beforehand. You'll not only rule out those sensors, but you'll also be one step closer to getting it running.
Have you tried checking for fuel pressure, manually? Crank it for a few seconds then check the pressure relief port on the fuel rail. Once you loosen it, there should be some pressure squirting fuel out. Also make sure you didn't lose the little metal oring that seats between the rail and feed line banjo fitting.

underthe dash on the driver side is the main relay. it is bolted up there, it controls fuel and something else(cant remember what). it should be grey, unplug it, and jumper the wire that goes to the fuel pump with the wire that is always hot.(if you go on the side with 4 pins, its one on each end, i think fuel pump is yellow, and B+ is yellow with some color trace) this will run your pump, and yuo can hear it. let run for a while to prime the whole system. then plug your relay back in and make sure it clicks when you turn the key on. this might fix it. if no click, replace relay.
if you look at the connector with the wires on it. split it down the middle, so 4 straight across the top and 3 on the bottom. jumper the two end wires on the half with 4 terminals. one wire is yellow(fuel pump) and the other wire is yellow with a trace(B+), but i cant remember what color trace. i would get you a pic but i just got rid of the car i was working on, so i cant do it that way. hope it helps though.
