i got an ls vtec setup and i need ta know which bearings are best to use when rebuliding so i wouldn't spin a bearing again, is it the regular oem ones u get from the dealer or use the acl bearings

Each bearing are good, but make sure you measure correctly and get the correct bearing.

 

I wouldn't use anything besides OEM Honda...properly clearanced, of course.

 

iight check it out i went to the machine shop to resurface my crankshaft because i scratched it up from over reving and they told me they were going to resurface and put the oem bearings back on, and the only reason they went was because the bearings were old and worn put with the new bearings i shouldn't have that problem anymore know is this true or does it sound like bullsh*t and i should just go with the special race bearings they have for a lsvtec setup

 

i just spun a bearing and im gettin acl bearings. but since i scored the crank and rods, they are going eagle! go with acl..

 

oem are the best
