i have a 94 del sol and am looking for suggestions... current mods are b18c1 and 2.5" exhaust.. i wanna have a mid to high 12's out of the car what should i do??? turbo?? or no... just any suggestions will help.

 

tear the engine apart... build it completely, don't be cheap with anything, buy quality and researched parts.. slap a turbo on, get a suspension that will let you grip.. and floor it!

 

It is really up to you, but if you want high twelves, a turbo would be the most obvious solution.

 

Turbo will get you there quickest for your money, but you really need to spend some time and figure out what your style is. Everyone has their own idea, just find what you like and run with it. Just research before taking the first kids idea. And good luck, you already have a good base.

i was thinking just turbo it.. change out headgasket and studs.. good suspension and good radials... car pulls good now as it is. I have a single cam vtec laying around i might build but most likely just sell it.. its got 100,000 miles... runs great... its just laying around... i dunno yet im sooo unsure on what to do..

what kinda boost can i push with stock internals on a jdm b18c?

Not quite. A turbo is a damn good route, but not the easiet or cheapest.
A $500 nitrous kit can provide enough power to get into the 12s.

This is what I would personally do.

-$500 wet nitrous kit
-$150 XTD 6puck clutch
-$200-$300 slicks
You = 12's
