Found some stuff on the search. Just curious if anyone is using them, and how they like them so far?

 

I am. I have the Stage 2 cams along with cam gears, 310 injectors, hondata stage 2, DC JDM header, AEM intake, DC 2.25" exhaust, car sound 2.5" cat and 11.5:1 compression(JDM motor & milled head). I'm making 186hp/130tq. I think I can maybe break 200 when I get my SMS header and 2.5" exhaust. What does everyone else think? I have a dyno chart if anyone wants to post for me also...

 

There is a guy around with skunk2 stage 1 and making near 200whp. Don't know his name but the thread should be about 1 week old.

i dont think an sms header will give you 15 hp over your jdm dc one. Check out the great header test.. and sms was barely ahead of jdm headrs.

 

that was on a stock compression R though. If u were modding the internals more seriously, i think that smsp is the way to go.

 

Yeah, but the great header test was with stock cams and that doesn't show how all those headers would do with bigger cams.
