Anybody upgrade their alt in the car? If so which brand? Hows the fit? Do you have to replace your batterie often? I'm looking to put one in a 95 ex 4dr in a week so I was maybe someone has a good one that they bought and can send me a link. thanks

I purchased a 180 amp alt from 4alterstart.com for my 4th gen accord after 3 blown batteries. Used it with an optima red-top for 6 years and no more blown batteries! Swapped the alternator into a 6th gen Accord few years back, and it's been nothing but wonderful, even when running a 3760 watt RMS system setup.
