Default weird Idel Problem after swap JDM H22a

I finally got my swap running today. Right now there are 2 problems.

First it has code 41. It means its 02 related. Not too worried about this, but it could possiblly be an underlying fact to the next problem. It does have me puzzled because it throws the code like instantly after the car starts up. The o2 is hooked up and I did double check the connector and it was on there properly

The next problem. When I reset the ECU and turn the car on, starts great, sound great. I set the timing, runs perfectly. However, when I go to move, the second it starts moving, the car starts to sputter like hell almost stalls out, timing jumps all around. I turn the car off and turn it back on, still sputters until I reset the ECU. It still only throws the one 41 code.

Any Ideas? Maybe a vacuume issue?

*Edit. Opps forgot to mention what this is on. This is with a JDM H22a obd1 engine, using a p13 ecu and a p14 engine harness.

Hmmm.....sounds like it could be a vaccum issue. I would check my TPS sensor first. Alot of time, when doing a swap, people forget that the TPS sensor is a very "easy to damage" part. I would check that first and see if it was damaged. If so, you can get them pretty cheap off of ebay!!
