Default pr4 ECU chip

I bought a 1990 integra and the guy i bought it from said it is running rich. He was going to burn me a chip but can't anymore. I was wondering if anyone has used one of those ebay spoon or mugen chips. I was thinking of buying one of those. what other options do i have?

The motor has:
crower stage 2 turbo cams
crower ti retainers and valve springs
crower forged rods
JE 9.5:1 forged pistons
i/h/e

PLEASE HONDA_TECH, HELP thanks in advance.

dont buy those chip from EBAY its a peice of ****, go into the sponsor section and look for J-K-tuning or Kenji or phearable. they can chip and burn you a custom map, personally I like J-K so far I got 2 ecu from him.

Why do you have turbo cams and forged, low compression internals but I/H/E?

its J-K-Tuning.com shot him a email, he has good customer service, and does good work. the reason why you dont want to buy a chip off of ebay is because those chips have a universal basemap and it'll either make your car run lean or extra rich, because the map wasnt made for your car. when you have your ecu tuned the tuner will try to set up a basemap to your setting of the mod that you have on your car.

I just bought the car how it is. the guy i bought it from was getting ready to turbo it but had to sell it( wife and kids and stuff) he was goint to modify a wrx turbo to fit the integra. i am goint to turbo it later though. is it bad for the motor having turbo internals but no boost? I don't know i'm young and new at cars and tuning. Thanks for the help.

It isn't bad, but I am sure the car runs like complete crap, right?

Your best option is to have a custom chip made from a little dyno tuning. Your cheapest option is to have a basemap made by Kenji, phearable, etc.

The car runs pretty good. there is a lot of power throughout the rpm's. But the car does make quite a bit of noise from the valve cover(faint clicking sound).
