Anyone who has one or had one(aside from Vegeta)..
what kind of gains did you see, and in what part of the powerband?

I just got one, and pitched my DC JDM 4-1.

My previous best dyno run was 181.5hp/135.6tq w/ 01 ITR cams.

I'll be at the dyno on Saturday, so I'll see soon enough.. just wondering what anyone else got out of this.

 

Top end I gained close to 5whp from 7900 to 8500 and 5 to 15 hp from 4500 to 5500 because the Toda header let me lower my vtec to 4500 where as the JDM 4-1 would bog.

 

What kind of gains(if any), did you see in the 6000-7500 area?

 

Stayed the same in that rpm range but the Toda header changed the a/f ratio in this area to a much safer combo. With the JDM 4-1 I had +'s in this range on my Vafc and now with the new header I have all -'s. Car feels like it accellerates a lot faster now. Toda Header gets in my book.

 

i will tell you on saturday when i tune my car. put mine on last week out at R&D

 

Does yours have blue like oil spots on it after it turned brown? Mine does. It's not pretty anymore.

 

i went from 164whp on untuned spec b's and stock usdm header to 175whp just by bolting on the toda header... tuning netted another 14whp...
